Our Vision
While working in New York, our founder Janine Bickham gained extensive experience as an Occupational Therapist whose passion is rooted in Sensory Integration. We firmly believe in how Occupational Therapy and Early Intervention services help facilitate children's development.
Personally, members of the Limitless family have witnessed how Early Intervention propels children to achieve goals and become successful students and athletes.

After living in the Lowcountry over the past few years, We noticed a void in community based services and groups for children and their caregivers. With so many young families moving to the area, our founder decided to create Limitless Pediatric Solutions. Her vision was to open an inclusive facility that would provide a supportive, educational and fun environment for special needs and typically developing children who simply want to excel in achieving their developmental milestones, social-emotional, cognitive and academic achievements.
Janine's vision has evolved into offering quality childcare and Pre-K programs for children in the area.
Everybody's circumstances are unique. Limitless Pediatric Solutions offers half and full day child care options at both of our centers. Occupational & Speech therapy services can also be provided in the community or in the facilities.

Meet Our Founder
Janine has 2 young children. Her family enjoys: boating, camping, swimming, walking, bicycling and exploring the Lowcountry together. Janine personally enjoys: crafting, decorating, trying new recipes and writing.
Janine Bickham

Occupational Therapist and Certified Educator of Infant Massage
Janine Bickham moved to Bluffton, South Carolina from Monroe, New York in September, 2015.
She received her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Dominican College, NY in 2007.
She was a Professor at Rockland Community College, NY where she taught Pediatrics in Occupational Therapy.
She has years of experience working with special needs children and their families. She has worked with children whose diagnoses include: Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorders, Down Syndrome, CDKL-5, Cerebral Palsy, Seizure Disorder and Mental Illness.
She has worked in hospitals, clinics, schools, community and home settings.
Janine is a passionate Occupational Therapist and is excited to provide quality services in her private pediatric therapy practice and in the community here in the Lowcountry.
