We provide Relationship Based Care meaning that our program believes in the importance of inclusion of children with special needs, cultural responsiveness, primary and individualized care and small group size. We believe in hands on learning that is developmentally appropriate and we strive to meet every child where they are to foster learning and assist with a feeling of mastery. We believe parents are our partners in caregiving. We believe in leading by example, and strive to model our core values in our every interaction.
